The starts were out, the crowds were insane, and…I wish I was there! The Dark Knight held its London premiere last night. Similarly to last week's world premiere in New York, the cast members, including Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Aaron Eckhart, wore dark-colored outfits, tribute to the late Heath Ledger, who plays the Joker in the movie
